- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
