- 1/4 c. milk
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb. bacon, crumbled
- English muffins
Directions

1In a blender mix first three ingredients.

2Slice and saute mushrooms in butter.

3Fry bacon until crisp.

4In baking dish layer eggs, mushrooms, sauce, chives and bacon.
