- 1 large or 2 medium onions, sauteed
- 1/3 lb. sauteed mushrooms
- 3 c. Sauce (see below)

1Hard boil the eggs.

2Separate yolks and whites.

3Chop up whites and crumble yolks, separately, with a fork.

4Mix egg whites, onions and mushrooms into the sauce.

5Serve on toast.

6Sprinkle crumbled egg yolk on top.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Serve while hot.
