Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2 1/2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup caraway seed
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup cooked rice
- 1/3 cup rye flakes
- 1/3 cup wheat bran
- 1/3 cup poppy seed
Directions

1Stir together all wet ingredients.

2Mix all dry ingredients, except poppy seeds. Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix together until just combined. Let stand for 10 minutes more.

4Knead, and let rise for 1 1/2 hour.

5Braid, and let rise 30 more minutes. Sprinkle poppy seeds on the outside.

6Bake at 190 C / 375 F for 45 minutes.
