  • 4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1/3 c. thawed apple juice concentrate
  • 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry sage, crushed or 1/4 c. fresh sage, snipped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

    In a large self-sealing bag, mix together the apple juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, sage, salt and pepper.

    Add pork chops and seal bag; refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
