  • 1 small head lettuce, cut in small pieces
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. green onions, cut up
  • 1 can LeSueur peas, drained
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 to 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips bacon, fried

Directions

    Layer lettuce in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Then add pepper, onions, celery and peas.

    Spread mayonnaise carefully.

    Top with sugar, cheese and bacon.
