- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can chopped olives
- 1 brown onion
- 28 oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. bag tortilla chips
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can diced Ortega peppers
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cook meat; drain.

2Add olives, onion and tomato sauce.

3Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and Ortegas.

4In a 14 x 9-inch baking dish, crumble 1/2 the tortilla chips, lining the bottom of the pan.

5Next, spread 1/2 the meat mixture over chips, then 1/2 the sour cream mixture over top.

6Layer again, starting with chips, then meat, then sour cream mixture.

7Cook at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 5.
