  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies or jalapenos

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake in a well-greased Bundt cake pan or large well greased iron skillet.

    In a Bundt pan, bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400°.
