  • 2 cups broccoli florets, frozen
  • 4 cups low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 3/4 cups milk (I use 2%)
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
