- pastry for two 9-inch pie crusts
- 2 1/4 c. berries
- 3 Tbsp. flour or tapioca
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Put berries in bowl; add sugar mixed with flour or tapioca. Let stand until they draw liquid.

2Add vinegar.

3If they don't draw any juice, add 1/4 cup water.

4If the berries have been frozen, they will be juicy.

5Pour in pie shell, cut up butter and place over berries, then put on top crust.

6Bake 1 hour at 375° or until done.
