- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 7 to 8 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
- vegetable oil for deep frying
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, soften yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, butter and salt.

3Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.

4Turn onto floured surface.

5Knead until smooth and elastic.

6Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease surface. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours.

7Punch down dough.
