  • 1 to 2 ton elephant
  • 95 boxes salt
  • 40 boxes red pepper
  • 227 rabbits
  • 60 lb. diced onions
  • 300 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced

Directions

    Remove elephant tusks.

    Skin and bone elephant.

    Simmer in large vat for 2 months.

    Add water every week.

    At the end of 2 month period, add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 1/2 days.
