- 2 tbsp Pork Skins or Bacon (crushed)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Oil (enough to fry the plantain)

1Peel, cut in rounds and in a pan add the oil and fry the plantain...

2When the plantain is done, take them out of the oil and mash them.

3Add the olive oil, pork skins or bacon, and the garlic to the plantain.

4Mash it very well.
