  • 1 Plantain
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Pork Skins or Bacon (crushed)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Oil (enough to fry the plantain)

Directions

    Peel, cut in rounds and in a pan add the oil and fry the plantain...

    When the plantain is done, take them out of the oil and mash them.

    Add the olive oil, pork skins or bacon, and the garlic to the plantain.

    Mash it very well.

    Serve and enjoy!
