  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pkg. Mexene chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 28 oz. can tomato sauce or 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Brown together ground beef, onion and garlic.

    Drain excess fat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
