Ingredients

  • 1 lb. backfin crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (Hellmann's light)
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 saltines, crushed
  • dash of Accent
  • 1 whole egg, beaten

Directions

    Mix ingredients all together and mold into clam shells or spread in greased casserole and bake at 425° until brown.

    If desired, tops may be coated with 1 cup mayonnaise plus 2 egg yolks. Serves 6.
