- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (Hellmann's light)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 saltines, crushed
- dash of Accent
- 1 whole egg, beaten
Directions

1Mix ingredients all together and mold into clam shells or spread in greased casserole and bake at 425° until brown.

2If desired, tops may be coated with 1 cup mayonnaise plus 2 egg yolks. Serves 6.
