- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 green onions and tops, cut diagonally into thin slices
- 1 tsp. slivered fresh ginger root
Directions

1Disjoint wings; discard tips.

2Combine soy sauce, minced ginger and garlic in large bowl.

4Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
