  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can hot enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. tortilla chips
  • 1 can chili (green) peppers
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan or dish. Line with half a package tortilla chips, then place the meat mixture.

    Repeat layers.

    Top with 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
