- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained or 1 roast
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (may need 1 1/2 to 2 with roast)
- 12 soft flour tortilla shells
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese or 1 can nacho cheese soup
- jalapeno peppers (optional)
Directions

1Cook roast until it shreds easily (a crock-pot works well). Mix tomato sauce and taco seasoning with either type cooked beef. Simmer about 15 minutes on stove or in crock-pot until ready to use.

2Spoon meat into tortillas.

3Roll and place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
