- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 head lettuce, sliced
- 2 to 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown the ground beef.

2In a baking dish, place one layer of tortillas, dipped in enchilada sauce.

3Put a thin layer of ground beef on top of tortillas.

4Take more tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce and place them on top of the beef.

5Alternate these layers until meat and tortillas fill pan.

6Sprinkle cheese on the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

7Place remaining ingredients on top of enchiladas when ready to serve.
