  • 2 cans Old El Paso enchilada sauce
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 chopped onion

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°. Combine enchilada and tomato sauces.

    Brown meat and add salt and pepper; drain.

    Dip tortillas in sauces and place in layers in a casserole dish.

    Place a layer of meat, a layer of cheese and a layer of onions.

    Start with tortillas. Repeat until everything is gone.

    Pour any remaining sauce over top.

    Cover with foil and bake about 45 minutes.
