- 2 cans Old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 chopped onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°. Combine enchilada and tomato sauces.

2Brown meat and add salt and pepper; drain.

3Dip tortillas in sauces and place in layers in a casserole dish.

4Place a layer of meat, a layer of cheese and a layer of onions.

5Start with tortillas. Repeat until everything is gone.

6Pour any remaining sauce over top.

7Cover with foil and bake about 45 minutes.
