- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown meat with onion in skillet.

2Add tomato sauce, seasoning mix and green chilies.

3Cook on low for 25 minutes, covered. Spoon a little into bottom of 8 x 11-inch pan.

4Then, layer tortillas, breaking them to fit.

5Cover with sauce and half of cheese.

6Repeat, making 2 layers.

7Bake 1/2 hour or so at 325°. Freezes well.
