- 2 lb. ground round
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1 jar enchilada sauce
- 1 light can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 light can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream-style corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Brown meat, onions and bell pepper. Drain well. Add salt, pepper, soups, corn and sauce.

2Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.

3In a large casserole dish, layer meat mixture, chips and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
