  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 1/2 c. green onions
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1 jar enchilada sauce
  • 1 light can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 light can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Brown meat, onions and bell pepper. Drain well. Add salt, pepper, soups, corn and sauce.

    Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.

    In a large casserole dish, layer meat mixture, chips and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
