- 2 lb. hamburger
- 14 3/4 oz. can refried beans
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup (cold)
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (cold)
- 3 oz. can enchilada sauce
- medium onion
- corn tortillas
- small diced olives
- Longhorn cheese
Directions

1Fry hamburger and diced onion.

2Drain fat.

3Combine cold beans and soups and enchilada sauce.

4Cut tortillas into wedges. Cover bottom and sides of 9-inch pan with tortillas.

5Pour in ingredients.

6Grate cheese and sprinkle on top, then spread olives on top.

7Bake at 375° until bubbling hot.

8Use hot sauce of choice.
