  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 14 3/4 oz. can refried beans
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup (cold)
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (cold)
  • 3 oz. can enchilada sauce
  • medium onion
  • corn tortillas
  • small diced olives
  • Longhorn cheese

Directions

    Fry hamburger and diced onion.

    Drain fat.

    Combine cold beans and soups and enchilada sauce.

    Cut tortillas into wedges. Cover bottom and sides of 9-inch pan with tortillas.

    Pour in ingredients.

    Grate cheese and sprinkle on top, then spread olives on top.

    Bake at 375° until bubbling hot.

    Use hot sauce of choice.

    I use Pica Pica sauce.
