- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 cans enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1 small can green chilies (optional)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 12 to 24 flour tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown hamburger and drain.

2Add chili powder and salt.

3In a separate pan, heat together the enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, green chilies and 1 pound of cheese until the cheese is melted.

4Soak tortillas in sauce mixture (not too long).

5Put tortilla on plate and add some hamburger mixture and grated cheese. Roll up tortillas and place in long baking dish. Continue until you fill dish with enchiladas.

6You may need two baking dishes by the time you use up all the mixture.

7Pour remaining sauce, cheese and hamburger over the top. Cook in preheated 250° oven until hot.
