- 470 grams Salmon filets
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Plain flour
- 4 Wakegi scallion (or Japanese leek)
- 60 ml Dashi stock
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Chili pepper (shredded)
Directions

1Combine the ingredients and the minced scallion (or Japanese leek) together to make the sauce.

2Omit the chili pepper when cooking for kids.

3Flavor the salmon with salt and pepper, and cut into bite-sized cubes.

4Dust the salmon with flour, and fry in a heated frying pan until surface crisps.

5Use a paper towel to wipe away any excess moisture while frying.

6Transfer the fried salmon to a serving plate, top with the sauce from Step 1, and it's complete.
