  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 dash Plain flour
  • 4 Wakegi scallion (or Japanese leek)
  • 60 ml Dashi stock
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 Chili pepper (shredded)

Directions

    Combine the ingredients and the minced scallion (or Japanese leek) together to make the sauce.

    Omit the chili pepper when cooking for kids.

    Flavor the salmon with salt and pepper, and cut into bite-sized cubes.

    Dust the salmon with flour, and fry in a heated frying pan until surface crisps.
