- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
- salt to taste
- 1 c. Cheddar, grated
- 2 c. American, grated
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped, ripe olives (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion; drain off fat.

2Add soups, milk, chiles, olives and salt.

3Mix.

4Layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.

5Layer these until all is used, ending with cheese (in large casserole).

6Bake at 350° for about 20 to 25 minutes.
