- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Fritos, divided
- 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika and parsley flakes
