- 1 can old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can chopped ripe olives
- 6 tortillas
- 10 oz. water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Heat enchilada sauce, water and tomato sauce in a frying pan. Brown meat with onions and garlic salt in another frying pan.

2Add egg, olives, salt and 1/2 cup sauce.

3In a large casserole dish, layer tortillas (dipped first in sauce) meat mixture and cheese. Pour remaining sauce into casserole and top with cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
