Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 (6-inch) corn tortillas, cut into 8 wedges
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1To brown meat, crumble ground beef; add onion.

2Place in 1 3/4-quart casserole.

3Cook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 4 to 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once.

4Remove, drain and wipe out casserole.

5Transfer cooked meat and onion to casserole.

6Stir in enchilada sauce, garlic powder and pepper. Gently fold in tortilla wedges and cheese.

7Cook uncovered on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
