- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 jars picante salsa
- 4 large flour tortilla shells
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add soup and salsa to beef.

3Set aside.

4Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 2 large tortilla shells. Layer with 1/2 beef mixture.

5Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese, then put the other 2 shells on top.

6Put remaining beef on top of the shells.

7Bake for about 30 minutes at 300°.

8Top with remaining cheese and let melt (you could use chicken instead of beef).
