- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans taco sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 12 soft tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet; drain.

2Stir in soups and taco sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.

3Combine cheese, onion and garlic to taste.

4Quarter tortillas.

5Line baking dish with 1/2 of the tortillas; top with 2 layers of beef and cheese mixture, with remaining tortillas in between layers.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
