Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 small can green chili peppers
- 1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1 bag Tostitos
Directions

1In large pan, brown ground chuck with onion, minced garlic and chili powder.

2Drain off fat.

3Add all other ingredients except sharp cheese and Tostitos.

4Stir until ingredients are mixed well. In large baking dish layer Tostitos and meat mixture.

5Sprinkle sharp cheese on top.

6Bake covered at 350° for 35 minutes.

7Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes.

8Serve with remaining Tostitos chips.
