- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can soup milk
- 2 cans mild enchilada sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown meat, salt and pepper and onion.

2Drain.

3Pour enchilada sauce in bowl.

4Dip (one at a time) tortillas in sauce.

5Line bottom of pan with tortillas.

6Pour soup and milk in bowl.

7Mix well, then layer on top of tortillas.

8Repeat soup, cheese and sauce.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
