- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 c. salted peanuts
- 2 sticks margarine or butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 3/4 c. unbleached flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. golden raisins
Directions

1Cream together the margarine, eggs, sugar and flavoring.

2Sift the flour, include the baking powder.

3Sift one more time. Gradually add flour to margarine, eggs and sugar.

4Mix. Add milk, a little at a time.

5Add raisins.

6Grease a Bundt cake pan very well. Dust with flour all around.

7Shake out any excess flour.

8Add mix to pan slowly.
-
9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

10Insert a toothpick, to make sure it is baked through.

11Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes on a rack!

12Then invert the pan and put cake on plate. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.

13Makes 16 slices.
