- 7 1/2 oz. can taco sauce
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and seasoned
- 12 tortillas
- 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Soften tortillas in oil; drain.

2Layer in square baking dish. Place 3 tortillas, cheese, onion, beef and top with a sauce made from mixing the enchilada sauce, taco sauce and the cream of chicken soup.

3Continue in layers until you have 4 layers.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

5Shred lettuce. Serve casserole over shredded lettuce.
