- 1 bag corn tortillas (the thinner the better)
- 1 large can enchilada sauce
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 1 potato, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Tear tortillas into fourths.

2Fry hamburger.

3Combine onion and potato.

4In layers, place the tortillas, hamburger, Cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce.

5Repeat layers again.

6Combine the rest of the enchilada sauce and mushroom soup; pour over the layers.

7Poke holes in casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
