- 10 corn tortillas
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (7 oz.) can chilies
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese
Directions

1Quarter and fry corn tortillas lightly.

2Set aside.

3In a skillet, fry beef, garlic and onion until brown.

4Combine soup, tomatoes, chili powder and chilies (drained and diced); salt and pepper to taste.

5Mix with meat mixture.

6Layer on a greased 9 x 13-inch pan:

7sauce, tortillas and grated cheese.

8Repeat, ending with cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
