- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 doz. soft tortillas, cut in fourths
- 1 can green chili peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add green chili peppers, drained and chopped, with all remaining liquids.

3Place small amount of liquids on bottom of casserole.

4Line casserole with tortillas.

5Layer meat, cheese, sauce and tortillas until casserole is filled.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
