- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
- 1 can golden mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 15 corn tortillas, quartered
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown ground meat and drain.

3Add onion and saute until soft.

4Add soups, tomatoes, enchilada sauce mix and 1 cup of water.
