  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 15 corn tortillas, quartered
  • 1 c. water

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Brown ground meat and drain.

    Add onion and saute until soft.

    Add soups, tomatoes, enchilada sauce mix and 1 cup of water.
