- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 pkg. tortilla shells
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded yellow cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella
Directions

1Fry your ground beef first, then drain your grease.

2Add your taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water.

3In a separate pot, add your enchilada sauce, 1 can green chiles and your can of mushroom soup; boil for 15 minutes.

4Put tortilla shells in bottom of casserole dish; add your meat, then your sauce and cheese.

5Repeat steps; cover with cheese on top.

6Put in oven for 30 minutes.

7Serves 5 people.
