- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces salsa
- 1 (8 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) package corn tortillas, cut into small pieces (about 12)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion.

2Add soups & simmer for 10 minutes.

3Add salsa & enchilada sauce, stir.

4Add tortilla pieces & olives, simmer 10 minutes.

5Place in a greased casserole & bake 30 minutes @ 350.

6Sprinkle with shredded cheese & bake an additional 10 minutes.
