- 1 c. enchilada sauce (red or green)
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- tortilla chips
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- sour cream
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
- green onions, chopped
Directions

1Brown hamburger meat with onion and green pepper.

2Drain off fat.

3Spread tortilla chips in a single layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Combine hamburger with enchilada sauce and mushroom soup.

5Pour meat mixture over chips.

6Spread sour cream over this. Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese.

7Sprinkle black olives and green onions on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

9Serve with chips and sour cream.
