Enchilada Casserole(Yummy)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 each 15 oz. + 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or onion flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 c. packaged shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (can use cream of chicken)
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Brown ground beef, garlic powder and onion.

    Drain grease.

    Add both cans tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam spray or grease lightly. Line bottom of pan with 6 tortillas.

    Spread meat mixture over tortillas.

    Sprinkle half of cheese over meat.

    Layer with 6 tortillas.

    Mix soup and milk in bowl.

    Pour over top tortillas. Spread over top.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Can serve with lettuce, hot sauce, sour cream, etc.
