- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can Rotel
- 1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.

2Drain excess grease off. Add Rotel, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, taco seasoning mix, and chili powder.

3Let simmer on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Cover bottom of baking dish with corn tortillas (cut into wedges). Pour meat mixture over corn tortillas.

4Add another layer of corn tortillas to just cover top of meat mixture.

5Whisk milk and cream of mushroom soup together.

6Pour over the top of the corn tortillas.

7Add all cheese to the top.

8Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
