- 2 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 12 tortillas
Directions

1Brown hamburg and onion and set aside.

2Mix cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup, chili beans, enchilada sauce and green chilies.

3Add hamburg to this mixture.

4Cut 12 corn tortillas into quarters.

5Line 13 x 9-inch pan with tortillas and layer with hamburg and soup mixture alternately with tortillas ending with mixture.

6Top with Longhorn cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
