  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans Ranch beans
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel soup

Directions

    Line a 10 x 15-inch baking pan with tortillas. Brown meat and onion. Drain. Spread over tortillas. Add beans and cubed cheese. Cut remaining tortillas in strips. Arrange over casserole.

    Mix soup and Ro-Tel (cut up tomatoes).

    Spread over the top.

    Bake 30 minutes at 275°.

    Reduce to 350° and bake another 30 minutes.
