- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans Ranch beans
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel soup
Directions

1Line a 10 x 15-inch baking pan with tortillas. Brown meat and onion. Drain. Spread over tortillas. Add beans and cubed cheese. Cut remaining tortillas in strips. Arrange over casserole.

2Mix soup and Ro-Tel (cut up tomatoes).

3Spread over the top.

4Bake 30 minutes at 275°.

5Reduce to 350° and bake another 30 minutes.
