  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • onion to taste
  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pkg. corn tortillas

Directions

    Brown meat; drain.

    Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas and cheese.

    Layer tortillas, sauce and then cheese in large baking dish.

    Top with cheese, then bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.
