- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (17.5 oz.) jar enchilada sauce
- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
Directions

1Cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.

2Pour off fat.

3Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce.

4Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

5Place 1 tortilla on sheet, then top with 1/3 of meat mixture and 1/4 cup of cheese.

6Top with 1 tortilla, 1/2 of refried beans, 1/2 enchilada sauce, 1 can chilies and 1/4 cup cheese.

7Repeat all layers.

8Top with 1 tortilla, remaining meat mixture and 1/4 cup cheese.

9Top with remaining tortilla.

10Cover with foil.

11Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until hot.

12Uncover; top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.

13Bake 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
