- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
- chopped onions
- grated Monterey Jack cheese
- tortillas
- shredded or chopped chicken (optional)
Directions

1Melt margarine in pan; add flour to make paste.

2Add chicken broth to make heavy sauce.

3When thick, add green chilies and sour cream.

4Saute tortillas in skillet.

5Fill tortillas with chopped onions and cheese.

6Place in pan and pour sauce over top; sprinkle with cheese.

7May add chicken to filling for tortillas.

8Place in a 425° oven for 20 minutes.
