- 5 c. V-8 juice
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
- 8 to 10 soft shell tortillas
- 1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat enchilada sauce and V-8 juice to boiling.

2Pour 2/3 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Fill each tortilla with remaining ingredients.

4Then wrap each one.

5Place in sauce.

6Top with remainder of enchilada sauce, then remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
